Breaking the limitations of negative thoughts and beliefs


I want you to consider something.....When you say out loud things like "I am amazing"  or "I am beautiful"  or "I am a genius"  how do you feel?  If this does not resonate with you in some way inside leaving you feeling less than these things, then this is a sign of a deeply held limiting belief you have about yourself this can be changed.  That is if it is your goal to become all that you were made to become while here on earth.  You see, we are not limited really by the outside world as much as we are by our internal world. It's our thoughts and words we say to ourselves about ourselves that have the most impact on our lives. We really are creating our own reality.  Heaven or hell can be experienced here on earth and it all begins with the way we see ourselves, others and the world around us.  See the good, say the good and receive the good.  Every day, whether we recognize it or not, we are creating our day with our thoughts and words.  So, the optimist really does get the best breaks, the best parking spot and the greatest opportunities.  In contrast, the pessimist dose face a difficult world. He has hard days and instead of the wind blowing in his favor, it blows against him.  His life could be summed up in that phrase "life's a bitch, then you die."  But to the optimist, the one that approaches life with an attitude of faith and expectancy, life and reality morphs around him to give him the wonderful things he is already believing and feeling he already has and is continuing to get.  Change your thoughts, create new positive mental habits and you will change your life. Get happy and excited because positive change is coming to your life. You are taking control of your life and by choosing to create new habit patterns of mind, you are literally re-inventing yourself and your world....

Happy hour all day everyday


Happy Hour?.......On my bike ride today I ran into a young guy at the corner while waiting for a red light. He had a Budweiser shirt on with big letters saying "Happy Hour"  I said hello to him then I said with enthusiasm "Happy Hour is right now! I don't mean alcohol, I just mean Happy Hour is now, every hour of every day!. Don't forget it and pass it on."  True story.....

So many people aren't aware of the fact or forget that we actually "create our days"  We can have happy hour, every hour of every day. Happiness is a habit pattern of mind and we can not only develop it but improve and even master it.  New neural pathways are strengthened when we think positive thoughts, laugh and smile.  If you want more happiness, think and be more happy. You have the power to become this. Our chemistry will follow our thoughts and beliefs. Ever heard of "fake it till you make it"? Well, when you act happy, you create the chemistry of happiness.

Wake up! A Plant based diet and healthy lifestyle beats man made drugs hands down for preventing and treating disease



It amazes me how so many people have been duped to believe that medication prescribed or even over the counter is safe on the human body. I just recently discovered that Advil (Ibuprofen) has been linked with dementia. I thought this drug was relatively safe my whole life. I used to pop those like candy when I was younger. Sure they FDA approves these chemicals but they really have no long term studies for these drugs. Food is the best medicine indeed.  Medicinal herbs second. This along with a healthy lifestyle including exercise and sunlight...... Why take the risk on taking man made drugs when we can change our lifestyle and eating habits and live so much better in regards to quality of life? Symptoms of disease are our intelligent bodies attempt to tell us something needs to be changed. Pain in any form is a message to us that something is out of place. To take drugs just to cover up these signals is like hitting the snooze button on our alarm clock when we really need to get up.  :) So the biggest problem people have in changing diet and lifestyle is mental. It's learning new ways to think and live and then creating new habits.  People don't decide their future, they decide their habits and their habits decide their future. Once something is done enough to become a habit, it becomes so natural for us, it becomes who we are. We transform our lives by transforming our habits and this all starts with the thoughts we stay focused on. What happens in the mind, happens in time.

Why people stay in bad relationships


The real reason or root reason why people stay in relationships that aren't healthy is because they don't value themselves, even love themselves enough. When you love and value yourself enough you will only give yourself the very best. To love and value yourself you must see yourself as you really are. Wonderful, divine, beautiful and amazing.  Never in history has there been and never again will there be one exactly like you. You are rare and valuable.  When we realize this, we will start making the best decisions for ourselves because we will learn to truly love and appreciate ourselves.  It takes a while to reprogram our brains though from all the low level toxic negative experiences and things people have said and done to us.  There are techniques though to speed the process like creative visualization and positive affirmations.  Positive self talk can do wonders.
