Raw eggs are good way to increase your health


I drink 5 raw eggs every morning. I know what you are thinking..Why? and what about "salmonella" right? Well it's actually very rare to find a egg with salmonella. According to the CDC, 1 in 10,000. It's even less likely if you buy quality eggs like range free organic which I do. I believe the benefits outweigh the risk here. When eggs are unheated the proteins are in their natural state, un-denatured by cooking so your body readily absorbs them easily. Great for a workout recovery or recovery from a disease or illness. Eggs aren't just full of protein, (30 grams in 5 eggs), but they are also full of vitamins, minerals, amino acids including choline for the brain and much needed cholesterol. Cholesterol is also needed for the brain and for production of all of our hormones including testosterone.
