Finding joy through gratitude

You have so much to be grateful for. Count your blessings. You are truly blessed. <3  Choose thoughts of kindness and compassion. Thoughts of hope, faith and love. Thoughts of restoration and healing. Thoughts of health and prosperity.  It takes the same amount of energy to think of these things as it does to think negative thoughts of anger, resentment, fear, etc. so why not choose the noble thoughts? Your emotional state will always follow your thoughts. <3
